BOOKING POLICIES

ROOM OCCUPANCY

The total number of occupants in a room, including children, shall not exceed the maximum number of occupants permitted for the respective room types:

Standard King                 : up to 2 persons
Standard 1 Queen Bed   : up to 2 persons
Studio 2 Queen Bed       : up to 4 persons
King Suite Sofa Bed       : up to 3 persons
King Suite Jacuzzi          : up to 2 persons

If you have any questions or clarifications regarding the Hotel’s Maximum Occupancy Policy, our staff will be happy to explain in detail. Please also note that the Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any additional guest exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed for that room type.

EXTRA OCCUPANCY

Additional occupant is allowed and is chargeable from $30.00 per night including breakfast, unless stated in the specific rate plan. This can be added during check-in.

CHILDREN

The Hotel allows a child up to 6 years of age to stay for free using the existing bedding. Baby cribs are complimentary upon request and subject to availability. Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adults by the Hotel.

REQUESTS

All requests entered into the ‘Requests’ box on the Hotel website booking are subject to availability and the Hotel bears no responsibility should it be unable to fulfil certain requests.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICIES

AGE REQUIREMENT

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The Hotel reserves the right to check photo identification.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Unless otherwise stated in the specific rate plan terms & conditions, check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is 11 am. For early arrival before 2 pm, it is recommended to contact the Hotel. The Hotel may accommodate late check-out after 11 am for an additional fee; subject to room availability.

GENERAL POLICIES

DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY

The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Hotel’s property or structure.

PARKING

Staying guests will be provided complimentary parking tickets.

PETS

The Hotel maintains a strict no-pets policy on its premises except for guide dogs.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are not permitted in the Hotel premises:

  • Animals of any kind, except guide dogs
  • Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials
  • Objects emitting a foul odour
  • Unregistered firearms or other weapons
  • Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities
  • Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts
  • Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Singapore

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited items. Guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such items.

VISITORS

In the interest of your well-being and security, all visitors are required to register at the Front Desk and are requested to leave guestrooms by 11.00 pm

HEALTH AND WELL-BEING POLICIES

EXCESSIVE NOISE AND PARTIES

T​o ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the Hotel upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the hotel without refund.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR

Should any action by a guest, may it be towards our staff or otherwise, be deemed inappropriate by the Hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to attention, the Hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest which may result in, but not limited to, being asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred.

SMOKING

The Hotel has a non-smoking policy. ​Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the Hotel. There will be a $250 fee for thorough cleaning services charged to any room that has been smoked in to restore it back to its original condition.

PAYMENT POLICIES

CURRENCY AND TAX

Rates are in Canadian dollars and are subject to 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), unless otherwise stated.

CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION

If you are using your credit card to guarantee your room reservation, the Hotel may hold an amount on your credit card prior to arrival. For non-refundable bookings, prepayment will be charged to your card prior to your arrival.

DEPOSITS

  1. ROOM CHARGES
    For online bookings made through the Hotel website and walk-in, guest will be charge for length of there stay on check-in. No refund shall be made if your reservation is cancelled or modified within 48 hours prior to check-in date.
  2. INCIDENTAL CHARGES
    For all reservations, the Hotel requires a deposit for incidental charges upon check-in.

Deposit may be placed in cash or on a credit card at check-in time, alone with government issued ID. For deposit using credit card, pre-authorisation by the Hotel is required.

NO SHOW

If a hotel guest is not arriving at your hotel on the booked arrival date and also did not cancel the reservation no refund will be honoured and will be charge for full length of there stay.

THIRD-PARTY BOOKING SOURCES

In the case of cancellation or modifications to reservations made through sources other than directly with the Hotel or the Hotel website, the Hotel recommends that guests first contact their source of booking for assistance before approaching Hotel staff.

GROUP CANCELLATION

Group booking of four or more rooms requires less than 30 days cancellation notice for the return of the deposit.
